What the call flow builder shows
- The greeting script is written from your business name, greeting style, hours and menu options, and you can copy it.
- The call flow diagram shows the greeting, the business hours check, each menu key and the destination behind it.
- Play the call reads the greeting aloud with your browser's speech voice and steps through the call: ringing, menu, keypress and destination.
- The call log row shows what a real call would leave behind: time, caller, path, duration and whether it was recorded.
- When the call ends in voicemail, you see the email your team would get: subject, a transcription line and the audio attachment name.
- Phone numbers in the demo use the fictional 555 range.

Is anything I type stored?
No. The call flow builder runs in your browser. Your business name, menu and settings are not saved on our side.
Why does the greeting sound like a computer voice?
The demo uses your browser's built-in speech voice to read the greeting. In Youvoip you can record your own greeting in your own voice.
Do I need an account to use the demo?
No. The demo is open to everyone and has no limit. An account is needed only when you set up the flow on a real number.
Can I use more than four departments in Youvoip?
Yes. The demo stops at four to keep it simple, and menus in Youvoip can have more options and several levels.
