Install the business phone app on iOS or Android and sign in. Outgoing calls show the business number, so customers never see your personal number, and incoming calls to your extension, your ring group or your queue ring in the app. When your shift ends, set do not disturb or leave the ring group from the app and the calls go to the next person.

It shows the caller before you answer, lets you record on demand, transfer, hold and start a video meeting on Business and above. Sales teams on Business can click to call from HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, with contacts from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Web softphone with nothing to install
The web softphone runs in a modern browser. It fits a shared computer at the front desk, a new hire on day one or a contractor who should not install software. Sign in, allow the microphone and take calls.
Bring your own SIP desk phones
Some desks still want a handset. Youvoip works with compatible SIP desk phones you already own, so the front desk can keep a desk phone while everyone else uses the apps. The desk phone and the apps ring together for the same call, and the admin console shows which devices are registered for each person.
When the office internet is down
Because the phone system lives in the cloud, calls do not depend on one office line. If the office connection fails, calls fail over to forwarding to mobile numbers or to voicemail, and people can keep answering in the mobile app over their cellular connection. Each user also has a registered emergency address for E911.

What is a softphone?
A softphone is a phone that runs as software on a computer, tablet or mobile instead of as a handset on the desk. With Youvoip it uses your business number and the same routing, voicemail and recording as the rest of the phone system.
Can I use the business phone app and keep my personal number private?
Yes. Calls you make from the app show the business number. Your personal mobile number is never shown to the caller.
How many devices can one person use?
