Zoom Phone plans and prices

These are the US list prices on zoom.us/pricing/zoom-phone as read on October 9, 2026, per user per month. Annual billing saves 11 to 16 percent, which works out to $2 to $4.50 per user each month.

Plan Annual Monthly Yearly per user
US and CA Unlimited $16 $18 $192
Pro Plus $20.50 $24 $246
Business Plus $24.50 $29 $294

US and CA Unlimited is the phone-only plan. It covers unlimited domestic calling, texting and MMS in the US and Canada, 50 fax pages a month, unlimited auto attendants and IVR, call queues, recording, the Salesforce integration, and support for plug-and-play VoIP and analog devices. It also includes Zoom meetings capped at 40 minutes and 100 participants. Pro Plus keeps the same phone features and lifts meetings to 30 hours with 100 participants. Business Plus adds unlimited fax, SAML single sign-on and meetings of up to 300 participants. Third-party reviews also list a metered US and Canada plan at about $10 per user and a Global Select plan at about $20 for teams that need a number and calling in other countries, but those two are not priced on the US page today.

Zoom Phone add-ons and costs outside the plan

The license is where a Zoom Phone bill starts, and these are the items that move it.

  • International calling outside your plan's region, billed per minute or through a calling add-on.
  • Team SMS summary threads, which need the Zoom Phone Customer Engagement Pack add-on on every plan.
  • Toll-free numbers and toll-free minutes, sold separately from the per-user license.
  • Common area phones for lobbies and break rooms, licensed separately from user seats.
  • Desk phones, bought or rented from Zoom's hardware partners.
  • Taxes and regulatory fees, which every US VoIP provider adds and which vary by state.

Zoom sells Zoom Phone as its own plan. Zoom Workplace meeting plans such as Pro at $14.16 or Business at $18.33 per user on annual billing do not come with a Zoom Phone calling plan, while Enterprise bundles a full-featured PBX. Count that when someone says your team already pays for Zoom.

Which Zoom Phone plan does a small business need?

For most US offices the answer is US and CA Unlimited. Every phone feature a small team uses, from the auto attendant and queues to recording and the Salesforce connector, is already on the cheapest plan, so paying for Pro Plus or Business Plus buys meeting time, fax and sign-on rather than better calling. Pro Plus is worth it when the team runs client meetings longer than 40 minutes and would otherwise buy a separate meetings license, because $4.50 more per user per month is less than a second subscription. If those calls are mostly booking and rescheduling client appointments, an AI office assistant that schedules meetings can take that admin off the front desk, whichever phone system you choose. Business Plus pays off for offices that fax a lot, such as healthcare billing or title work, or that must log in through a single sign-on provider.

How much Zoom Phone costs by team size

Here is the monthly license bill for a US team at list price on annual billing, before numbers beyond the included one, add-ons, hardware, taxes and fees. Zoom figures assume one license per user. The Youvoip columns use yearly billing with Youvoip's two-seat minimum.

Team Zoom Unlimited Youvoip Essentials Youvoip Business
1 user $16 $25 $39
3 users $48 $37.50 $58.50
5 users $80 $62.50 $97.50
10 users $160 $125 $195
25 users $400 $312.50 $487.50

Month to month, the same teams pay $18, $54, $90, $180 and $450 on Zoom US and CA Unlimited, $50, $75, $125, $250 and $625 on Youvoip Essentials, and $78, $117, $195, $390 and $975 on Youvoip Business.

The honest reading: Zoom US and CA Unlimited is the better deal for a team that wants call queues and a Salesforce connector at the lowest price, because both are on Zoom's $16 plan and on Youvoip's $19.50 Business plan. Youvoip Essentials costs less for an office of three or more that needs a phone menu, ring groups and recording but no queues or CRM, at $12.50 per user billed yearly. A single user pays less on Zoom, because Youvoip bills at least two seats.

Is Zoom Phone worth it for a small business?

Zoom Phone is good value for a team that already lives in Zoom meetings and wants one app for calls, chat and video. The entry plan includes features other providers charge extra for, and calls can be moved from a phone call into a meeting in a click. It is a weaker fit for an office that only needs a phone menu, ring groups and recording, because it pays for queues, a CRM connector and meetings it will not use. It also gets more complex for teams that call abroad often, since regional calling sits outside the US plan. Before you sign, run the trial setup on your own number and listen to the menu, the queue and the voicemail as a caller would.

How to compare a Zoom Phone quote with other providers

Start with the number of people who make or take calls each week, because every one needs a license. List the lines that ring but have no person behind them, such as a lobby phone or a conference room, since Zoom prices those as common area phones. Add the toll-free numbers you keep and the countries you call. Then line up three all-in monthly figures: Zoom, one provider that includes the same features on its entry plan, and one that is cheaper on the entry plan but charges for queues or CRM. The worksheet on the real cost per user of low cost VoIP service has the columns to fill in, and VoIP providers shows how the main vendors price the same features. What you get for the same budget on Youvoip

Every Youvoip seat is a full phone line, with a minimum of two seats, no contract and the price on the VoIP pricing page. On Essentials, $12.50 per user per month billed yearly or $25 monthly, each user gets a number, unlimited calling in the US and Canada, a multi-level IVR auto attendant with business hours, ring groups, voicemail to email with transcription, call recording kept 90 days, and missed calls and answer rate per person. Business, at $19.50 yearly or $39 monthly, adds call queues, business texting, a year of searchable recordings, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations, whisper and barge, and video meetings for up to 100 people. SIP desk phones work alongside the app, and porting is free. Zoom Phone costs $16 per user per month for US and CA Unlimited, $20.50 for Pro Plus and $24.50 for Business Plus on annual billing, or $18, $24 and $29 billed monthly. That is before toll-free numbers, international calls, common area phones, hardware, taxes and fees.

Is Zoom Phone included with a Zoom Workplace subscription?

Not on Pro or Business. Zoom Phone is sold as its own plan on top of meeting plans, and the Zoom Phone plans themselves include meetings, capped at 40 minutes on US and CA Unlimited. Zoom's Enterprise Workplace bundle includes a full-featured PBX.

Does Zoom Phone include call recording and call queues?

Yes. Call recording, call queues and unlimited auto attendants are on every Zoom Phone plan, including US and CA Unlimited at $16 per user on annual billing. On Youvoip, recording and the phone menu are on every plan, and queues start on Business.

Does Zoom Phone come with a phone number?

Yes. Each Zoom Phone user license includes a local direct number in the plan's region, and you can port an existing number in. Toll-free numbers are billed separately. Youvoip also includes a local or toll-free number with every seat and ports numbers at no charge.

Moving to or from Zoom Phone without a gap in calls

Whichever way you move, the order is the same. Note when your current annual term renews, since annual licenses are prepaid. Export the recordings and call history you have to keep. Build the new phone menu, queues and voicemail boxes, invite the team, and test while the old system still answers. Then submit the port for every number and cancel only after calls arrive on the new system. Our guide on how to port a business phone number lists the documents the losing carrier asks for.
