Aircall pricing and Aircall cost per license with add-ons and team totals

Aircall pricing starts at $30 per license per month for Essentials and $50 for Professional on annual billing, per aircall.io. Month to month runs about $40 and $70. Both plans need at least three licenses, so the smallest Aircall bill is $90 a month, and Enterprise is quoted with a 25 license minimum. Extra numbers cost $6 a month, and AI and analytics add-ons, taxes and international calls are billed on top.

Aircall plans and prices

These are the list prices on aircall.io/pricing as read on October 7, 2026. Aircall shows annual billing by default and gives a 25 percent discount for paying yearly. Month to month prices come from Ringly's review dated October 2, 2026. All prices are per license per month.

Plan Annual Monthly Min. licenses
Essentials $30 About $40 3
Professional $50 About $70 3
Enterprise Quote Quote 25

At those rates a year of Essentials costs $360 per license, and Professional $600. A three-person team on Professional pays $1,800 a year before any add-on.

Essentials includes unlimited calls in the US and Canada, one local or toll-free number per license, the phone menu, call queues, call recording with AI transcripts (six months visible in the dashboard, up to a year on request), 50 minutes a month of AI voice agents and the HubSpot integration. Professional adds smart call routing with queue callback, the Power Dialer, user-level analytics and live monitoring, AI call summaries and conversation intelligence, unlimited recording storage, the Salesforce integration and full API access. Enterprise is for 25 licenses and up with custom terms.

Aircall add-ons and fees that change the bill

The license price is where the Aircall bill starts. These are the extra charges reviewers list most often, and each one is worth pricing before you sign.

  • Extra phone numbers: $6 per number per month on every plan, per aircall.io.
  • Aircall AI on Essentials: about $9 per license per month, per Ringly and Aloware's 2026 reviews. Professional includes it.
  • Analytics+: about $15 per license per month for the advanced reporting pack, per Ringly.
  • AI Voice Agents beyond the included 50 minutes: bundles from $175 for 500 minutes, or pay as you go per minute.
  • International calls: outside the US and Canada, calls are billed per minute at country rates.
  • Unused licenses: the three-license minimum applies even if only one or two people make calls.
  • Taxes and regulatory fees, which vary by state and are added to every VoIP bill.

Ringly's worked example puts a 10 person sales team on Professional with AI and Analytics+ at about $740 a month. That is the realistic number to compare, not the $30 on the pricing page.

Which Aircall plan does a small team need?

For a team that answers inbound calls and logs them in HubSpot, Essentials is enough. It has the menu, the queues and recording. Professional is worth it for two kinds of teams: an outbound sales team that will use the Power Dialer every day, and a team whose CRM is Salesforce, because the Salesforce connector is not on Essentials. A five-person team on Salesforce therefore pays $250 a month on annual billing instead of $150, only to log calls. The other line to watch is the minimum. A founder plus one rep pays for three licenses on any Aircall plan. If your bottleneck is getting inbound leads to the right rep fast rather than the phone itself, lead routing software that assigns every inbound lead to a rep can sit next to whichever phone system you choose.

How much Aircall costs by team size

Here is the monthly bill for a US team on Aircall at list price with the three-license minimum, before numbers, add-ons, taxes and fees. The Essentials and Professional columns are Aircall. The Youvoip column is Business, the plan with HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, with a two-seat minimum. All figures use annual billing.

Team Essentials Professional Youvoip
1 user $90 $150 $39
3 users $90 $150 $58.50
5 users $150 $250 $97.50
10 users $300 $500 $195
25 users $750 $1,250 $487.50

Month to month, the same teams pay $120, $120, $200, $400 and $1,000 on Aircall Essentials, $210, $210, $350, $700 and $1,750 on Aircall Professional, and $78, $117, $195, $390 and $975 on Youvoip Business.

Youvoip Essentials, with the phone menu, ring groups and recording but no queues or CRM, is $12.50 per user yearly or $25 monthly, so 10 users pay $125 or $250 a month.

The honest reading: on yearly billing, Youvoip Business costs less than Aircall Essentials at every team size and includes Salesforce, which Aircall keeps on Professional. Month to month the gap is small. At 10 users Aircall Essentials is about $400 and Youvoip Business $390, so a team that will not commit to a year saves only around $10 a month, unless it needs Salesforce.

Is Aircall worth the money?

Aircall is worth it for teams that use what Professional sells: a power dialer for list-based outbound work, conversation intelligence for coaching, unlimited recording storage and an integration marketplace with more than 250 apps, including Zendesk, Intercom and Pipedrive. A 15 person outbound team that dials all day can earn the license back in a week. It is harder to justify for a 2 to 10 person team that mostly takes inbound calls, logs them in a CRM and never opens the dialer. That team pays for a third license it does not use, or for Professional only to reach Salesforce, and the add-ons push the bill further above the price it first saw.

How to lower an Aircall bill before you sign

Count the licenses you really need, not the people who might call once a month, since every license is billed. Ask whether the AI and Analytics+ add-ons are in the quote you received, and turn them off if nobody will read the reports. Check how many numbers you need, at $6 each. If only one or two people need Salesforce, ask whether a mixed setup is possible, because Aircall plans normally apply to the whole account. Take annual billing only if you are sure about the seat count for the year. Then hold the all-in monthly figure against a provider that publishes its prices without a minimum of three.

What you get for the same budget on Youvoip

Every Youvoip seat is a full phone line, with a minimum of two seats, no contract and the price on the VoIP pricing page. On Essentials, $12.50 per user per month billed yearly or $25 monthly, each user gets a number, unlimited calling in the US and Canada, a multi-level auto attendant with business hours, ring groups, voicemail to email with transcription, call recording kept 90 days, and missed calls and answer rate per person. Business, at $19.50 yearly or $39 monthly, adds call queues, business texting, a year of searchable recordings, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations, whisper and barge, and video meetings for up to 100 people. SIP desk phones work alongside the app. Youvoip has no power dialer, so outbound teams that dial lists should weigh that honestly.

Leaving Aircall without a gap in calls

Find the end of your current Aircall billing period first, since annual licenses are prepaid. Export the recordings and call logs you must keep, and note which CRM fields the Aircall integration fills, so the new connector can write to the same ones. Set up the new menu, queues and voicemail boxes, connect HubSpot or Salesforce, invite the team and test while Aircall still answers. Then submit the port for every number and cancel only after calls arrive on the new system. Our guide on how to port a business phone number lists the documents you need.
