Dialpad pricing and Dialpad costs per user with every plan by team size
Dialpad pricing for its business phone system (Dialpad Connect) starts at $15 per user per month billed yearly for Standard, or $27 month to month. Pro is $25 per user yearly or $35 monthly with a three-user minimum, and Enterprise is quoted by sales with a 100-user minimum. Extra local numbers run about $5 a month, toll-free numbers about $15, and an administrative fee is added per user. CRM integrations start on Pro.
Dialpad plans and prices
The prices below are Dialpad's list rates as reported by independent 2026 pricing reviews from CloudTalk (July 2026) and Quo (updated September 2026). Dialpad's own pricing page now leads with its AI products and asks larger buyers to talk to sales, so confirm the current numbers on dialpad.com before you sign anything.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Key limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $15 per user | $27 per user | 1 seat minimum, 1 location, 3 ring groups, no CRM |
| Pro | $25 per user | $35 per user | 3 seat minimum, 10 locations, CRM, 24/7 support |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom quote | 100 seat minimum, SSO, 99.9% SLA |
Standard covers calling, the IVR, call recording, voicemail transcription and Dialpad's AI transcription. Pro adds CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk and Zoho, up to 25 ring groups, 24/7 support and API and webhook access. Enterprise adds single sign-on, unlimited locations and ring groups, an uptime SLA and a dedicated account manager.
The gap between yearly and monthly billing is the first thing to notice. On Standard, month to month costs $12 more per user, 80 percent above the yearly rate. On Pro the difference is $10 per user. A 10 person team on Pro pays $1,200 more a year for the flexibility to cancel monthly.
Dialpad add-on fees that change the bill
The seat price is only part of a real Dialpad invoice. These are the charges buyers most often find on top, according to the same reviews.
- Extra local numbers: about $5 per number per month, which adds up when each department or location wants its own line.
- Toll-free and international numbers: about $15 per number per month, plus per-minute charges on inbound toll-free calls.
- Administrative fee: a recovery fee reported at roughly $4 to $5 per user, charged in addition to taxes.
- Texting overage: around 250 messages per user per month are included, then about $0.008 per SMS and $0.024 per MMS.
- International calls: billed per minute by country unless you add Dialpad's global calling option.
Taxes and regulatory surcharges come on top of all of it, as with every US provider, and they vary by state. Put them into every quote you compare so the numbers stay fair.
Dialpad contact center and sales pricing
Dialpad sells its contact center and outbound sales dialer as separate products with their own prices. Reviews list the contact center (Dialpad Support) at $80, $115 and $150 per agent per month billed yearly for its Essentials, Advanced and Premium tiers, and the sales dialer (Dialpad Sell) at $39, $95 and $150 per user yearly. Those are priced for dedicated call center and outbound teams. A small office that needs a main line, a menu, a few queues and CRM logging does not need either, and should compare Dialpad Connect plans only.
How much Dialpad costs by team size
Here is what a US team pays per month for Dialpad, before taxes, the admin fee and extra numbers. The table compares the plans a team with a CRM connection buys, Dialpad Pro and Youvoip Business.
| Team | Dialpad Pro, yearly | Youvoip Business, yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $75 (3 seat minimum) | $39 |
| 2 users | $75 (3 seat minimum) | $39 |
| 5 users | $125 | $97.50 |
| 10 users | $250 | $195 |
| 25 users | $625 | $487.50 |
For calling only, without a CRM, the math is simple: Dialpad Standard is $15 per user yearly and Youvoip Essentials is $12.50, so 10 users pay $150 against $125 a month.
The honest reading: on a yearly contract, Youvoip costs less at every team size in this table. Essentials is $2.50 per seat below Standard, and Business is $5.50 per seat below Pro. Both vendors have a seat minimum: three seats on Dialpad Pro, two on every Youvoip plan, so a one-person business pays for two Youvoip seats. On monthly billing Essentials is $25 against Standard's $27.
Dialpad cost on monthly billing
Many small businesses do not want a yearly contract, because staff numbers change with the season or the business is new. On monthly billing the gap is small. Dialpad Standard is $27 per user and Youvoip Essentials is $25. Dialpad Pro is $35 per user with the three-seat minimum, and Youvoip Business is $39 with a two-seat minimum. A two-person team that needs HubSpot or Salesforce logging on monthly terms pays $105 on Dialpad Pro and $78 on Youvoip Business, a difference of $324 a year. From three users up, Dialpad Pro costs $4 per seat less on monthly billing.
Is Dialpad worth the money?
Dialpad is worth it for teams of three or more that will use its AI: live transcripts, automatic call summaries and coaching prompts for sales and support reps. That layer is built in and mature, and a yearly Pro contract at $25 per user is fair value for it. It is harder to justify when nobody reads the transcripts, when you want to pay month to month, or when only one or two people need the CRM connection and you end up paying for an empty third seat.
Before you sign, list the numbers, locations and ring groups you need today. Standard's single office location and three ring groups are the limits small businesses hit first, and they push the bill to Pro sooner than expected.
What you get for the same budget on Youvoip
Every Youvoip seat is a full phone line, with a minimum of two seats. On Essentials, $12.50 per user per month billed yearly or $25 monthly, each user gets a number of their own, a multi-level auto attendant, ring groups with simultaneous and sequential ringing, voicemail to email with transcription, call recording kept for 90 days and call analytics with missed calls and answer rate per person. Business, at $19.50 yearly or $39 monthly, adds business texting, call queues, a year of searchable recordings, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations, whisper and barge for team leads and video meetings, plus 5 shared company numbers so departments do not pay per number. Youvoip does not have a live AI call assistant, so if AI coaching is the reason you are buying, Dialpad is the stronger product.

Dialpad pricing questions
How much does Dialpad cost per month?
Dialpad costs $15 to $25 per user per month on yearly billing, or $27 to $35 per user month to month, for its Standard and Pro business phone plans. Pro requires at least three users, so the lowest Pro bill is $75 a month. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Extra numbers, an admin fee and taxes are added on top.
Does Dialpad have a free plan?
No. Dialpad does not offer a free business phone plan. Reviews report a 14-day free trial on Standard and Pro, after which you choose a paid plan. If you want to test a phone system before paying, you can build a call flow in the Youvoip VoIP demo and hear it run in your browser.
Is Dialpad cheaper than RingCentral?
On entry plans, usually yes. Dialpad Standard is listed at $15 per user billed yearly ($27 monthly), while RingCentral's entry plan, RingEX Core, is reported at $20 yearly ($30 monthly) in 2026 reviews. Compare the plan you would actually buy, including CRM integrations and seat minimums, and add taxes and fees. Our RingCentral alternative page covers RingCentral's side.
What is the difference between Dialpad Standard and Pro?
Pro adds CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk and Zoho, up to 10 office locations instead of 1, up to 25 ring groups instead of 3, 24/7 support, and API and webhook access. It costs $10 more per user yearly and requires at least three users.
Leaving Dialpad without a gap in service
Check your renewal date first, because a yearly Dialpad contract renews for another year if you miss the notice window. Export any call recordings you are required to keep. Then set up the new menu, ring groups and voicemail boxes, invite the team and test while Dialpad keeps answering. Submit the port for every number, including toll-free lines, and cancel Dialpad only after calls arrive on the new system. Our guide on how to port a business phone number lists the documents you need. If phone seats are one of a dozen per-user subscriptions your finance team renews every year, it helps to track SaaS spend across every tool so the next renewal does not slip past unnoticed.
