JustCall pricing and JustCall plans with cost per user by team size

JustCall pricing starts at $29 per user per month for Team, $49 for Pro and $89 for Pro Plus on annual billing, with a minimum of two licenses on every plan, per justcall.io. Business, with a ten-license minimum, and the SalesPro predictive dialer plan are quoted by sales. Monthly billing is not priced on the page, and reviews put it at about $39, $69 and $109 per user. The real bill depends on three things: the 1,000 minute fair-usage limit per user, the SMS segments in your plan, and add-ons such as AI Review Assist at $9 per user.

JustCall plans and prices

These are the plans and annual prices on justcall.io/pricing as read on October 12, 2026, per user per month. The page says annual billing saves up to 29 percent and lists monthly billing without a price, so the monthly column comes from GetVoIP's and CloudTalk's 2026 JustCall pricing reviews.

Plan Annual Monthly Minimum
Team $29 about $39 2 licenses
Pro $49 about $69 2 licenses
Pro Plus $89 about $109 2 licenses
Business Quote Quote 10 licenses
SalesPro Quote Quote 2 licenses

Team is the phone system: an IVR and call menu, more than 100 CRM and data integrations, API access and workflows, team analytics, a messaging suite and local numbers in more than 70 countries. Pro adds the power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns, queue callback, intelligent routing, the Salesforce CTI, advanced roles and advanced analytics. Pro Plus adds the AI layer: a notetaker, SMS co-pilot, real-time agent assist, script compliance checks, AI call scoring and sentiment analysis, with AI Review Assist included. Business adds unlimited calling and SMS, single sign-on, an enterprise SLA, HIPAA and GDPR compliance support and a dedicated phone support line. SalesPro is the outbound plan, with a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach and Salesloft.

What the JustCall usage limits mean for your bill

JustCall's plan cards say unlimited outbound and inbound calling on Team, Pro and Pro Plus, but the fair-usage note on the same page sets the limit at 1,000 minutes per user per month for outbound and 1,000 for inbound. A support rep on the phone four hours a day passes 1,000 minutes in about a week of working days, so heavy-calling teams should ask how overage is billed before they sign. Texting is capped by segments: 500 per user on Team and 1,000 on Pro and Pro Plus, with SMS bundles sold as an add-on. Only Business includes unlimited calling and SMS, and it starts at ten licenses.

  • 1,000 outbound and 1,000 inbound minutes per user on Team, Pro and Pro Plus
  • 500 SMS segments per user on Team, 1,000 on Pro and Pro Plus
  • Unlimited calling and texting only on Business, ten-license minimum
  • Two numbers included per account, one JustCall and one SalesDialer number

JustCall add-ons and costs outside the plan

The license is where a JustCall bill starts. These are the items that move it, as listed on the pricing page.

  • AI Review Assist at $9 per user per month on Team and Pro, included on Pro Plus.
  • AI Voice Agent minutes, with the first 100 minutes included and volume pricing down to $0.15 per minute.
  • SMS bundles for teams that send more than their plan's segments.
  • Local number bundles for sales teams that rotate caller IDs: 50 US numbers for $75 a month, 100 for $150 and 200 for $200.
  • Bulk SMS campaigns, which need US carrier registration for the sending numbers. If texting prospects is a big part of your outreach, an SMS marketing platform built for compliance handles opt-ins and registration rules separately from the phone system.
  • Taxes and regulatory fees, which every US VoIP provider adds and which vary by state.

Which JustCall plan does a small team need?

For an inbound sales or support team, Team covers the menu, the CRM integration and SMS. The jump to Pro at $49 is worth it when you need the power dialer, queue callback or the Salesforce CTI that shows caller details inside Salesforce. Pro Plus at $89 only pays off if a manager will use AI scoring and agent assist every week, because AI Review Assist alone is $9 on the lower plans. SalesPro makes sense for outbound teams that dial lists all day and want a predictive dialer. Business is for teams of ten or more that call heavily, need single sign-on or must sign a HIPAA agreement.

How much JustCall costs by team size

Here is the monthly license bill at JustCall's annual list prices with the two-license minimum applied, before add-ons, extra numbers, taxes and fees. The Youvoip column uses Business billed yearly, which includes HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, queues and recording, with a two-seat minimum.

Team JustCall Team JustCall Pro Youvoip Business
1 user $58 $98 $39
3 users $87 $147 $58.50
5 users $145 $245 $97.50
10 users $290 $490 $195
25 users $725 $1,225 $487.50

Month to month, at the reviewed rates of about $39 and $69, the same teams pay $78, $117, $195, $390 and $975 on JustCall Team and $138, $207, $345, $690 and $1,725 on Pro. Youvoip Business month to month is $39 per user, the same as the reviewed JustCall Team rate, and includes unlimited calling in the US and Canada without a minute cap.

The honest reading: JustCall Team and Youvoip Business cost the same month to month, so the difference comes from the yearly price ($29 against $19.50) and from what each plan leaves out. JustCall puts the dialer and Salesforce CTI on Pro; Youvoip has no dialer at all.

Is JustCall worth it for a small business?

JustCall is good value for an outbound sales team that will use the power dialer on Pro or the predictive dialer on SalesPro, and for teams that need one of its 100 plus integrations, such as Pipedrive, Zendesk or Freshdesk. It is a weaker fit for an office whose calls come in from customers and leads, because the dialer features on Pro go unused and the per-user minute limit applies all the same. Small offices also pay for two licenses from day one. Use the 14 day free trial, which opens every SalesPro feature, on your real call flow before you commit to a year.

How to compare a JustCall quote with other providers

Count the people who make or take calls each week, because every one needs a license. Estimate monthly minutes per person from your current call logs and compare them with the 1,000 minute limit. List the CRM you use and whether you need its full CTI or only logging. Then line up three monthly figures: JustCall on the plan that covers your must-haves, one provider that includes those features on its entry plan, and one with a lower price but fewer integrations. The worksheet on the real cost per user of low cost VoIP service has the columns, and VoIP providers shows how the main vendors price the same features. For a side by side with a dialer-first rival, Aircall pricing breaks down the next most common shortlist name the same way.

What you get for the same budget on Youvoip

Every Youvoip seat is a full phone line with unlimited calling in the US and Canada, a minimum of two seats, no contract and the price on the VoIP pricing page. Business, at $19.50 per user billed yearly or $39 monthly, includes a multi-level IVR auto attendant, ring groups and call queues, business texting, call recording kept a year, whisper and barge, and the HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho connectors that log every call on the contact. Essentials, at $12.50 yearly or $25 monthly, covers the menu, ring groups, voicemail to email and 90 days of recordings for offices that do not need a CRM. SIP desk phones work alongside the softphone, and porting is free. The JustCall alternative page compares the two plan by plan, with an honest list of where JustCall is the better pick, and the Kixie alternative covers the same question for teams on another dialer-first tool.

Moving to or from JustCall without a gap in calls

Whichever way you move, the order is the same. Note when your annual term renews, since annual licenses are prepaid. Export the recordings, call logs and SMS history you have to keep, and list the CRM fields the integration writes. Build the new phone menu and queues, invite the team, connect the CRM and test while the old system still answers. Then port every number and cancel only after calls arrive on the new system. Our guide on how to port a business phone number lists the documents the losing carrier asks for.
