CloudTalk pricing for Lite, Starter, Essential and Expert with team totals

CRM integrations start on Essential, recordings are kept one month on the two cheaper plans, and the power dialer, parallel dialer and AI are billed per user on top. Annual plans are a 12 month commitment.
CloudTalk plans and prices
These are the list prices on cloudtalk.io/pricing as read on October 8, 2026. The page renders in euros from our location, and Aloware's 2026 review lists the same figures in US dollars for US buyers. CloudTalk says annual billing saves about 30 percent. All prices are per user per month.
| Plan | Annual | Monthly | Min. users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $19 | $27 | 1 |
| Starter | $25 | $34 | 1 |
| Essential | $29 | $39 | 1 |
| Expert | $49 | $69 | 3 |
At those rates a year of Essential costs $348 per user and a year of Expert $588. A three-person team on Expert pays $1,764 a year before any add-on.
Lite includes unlimited calls to the US and Canada under a fair use policy, free inbound and internal calls, the phone menu, call queues, one ring group, a web dialer and basic dashboards, with recordings kept one month. Starter allows unlimited ring groups and adds outbound minute bundles for the EU and Australia. Essential is the first plan with integrations, more than 95 of them including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Zendesk, plus a smart dialer, a workflow designer, webhooks and recordings kept with no time limit. Expert includes the power dialer, wallboards and custom dashboards, and larger minute bundles for Latin America and Australia.
CloudTalk add-ons and fees that change the bill
The seat price is where a CloudTalk bill starts. These are the extra charges on CloudTalk's pricing page and in 2026 reviews, and each one belongs in your budget before you sign.
- Power Dialer: about $15 per user per month on annual billing, included on Expert.
- Parallel Dialer: about $39 per user per month on annual billing.
- AI Conversation Intelligence: about $9 per user per month.
- AI Voice Agents: from $99 a month for 200 minutes or $349 for 1,000 minutes.
- Branded caller ID: from about $0.07 per call, US and UK numbers only.
- Calls outside the included bundles: billed per minute at country rates.
- Taxes and regulatory fees, which vary by state and are added to every VoIP bill.
CloudTalk charges no setup or onboarding fee, and its AI receptionist comes with 50 free minutes. Billing is in advance, and CloudTalk does not refund partial months, unused time or plan changes.
Which CloudTalk plan does a small team need?
Lite is enough for a team that answers inbound calls, needs one phone menu and never logs calls in a CRM. The moment a team wants calls on the HubSpot or Salesforce contact record, the floor is Essential, at $29 per user on annual billing, because Lite and Starter have no integrations. The same applies to recordings. A manager who needs to find a call from three months ago cannot do it on Lite or Starter, where recordings are kept one month. Expert pays off for outbound teams who would otherwise buy the power dialer add-on on every seat. If your reps dial mainly to book demos, scheduling software for business teams can cut the back and forth after the call, whichever phone system you choose.
How much CloudTalk costs by team size
Here is the monthly bill for a US team on CloudTalk at list price, before numbers, add-ons, taxes and calls outside the bundles. Lite and Essential are CloudTalk. The Youvoip column is Business, the plan with HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho, with a two-seat minimum. All figures use annual billing.
| Team | Lite | Essential | Youvoip |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $19 | $29 | $39 |
| 3 users | $57 | $87 | $58.50 |
| 5 users | $95 | $145 | $97.50 |
| 10 users | $190 | $290 | $195 |
| 25 users | $475 | $725 | $487.50 |
Month to month, the same teams pay $27, $81, $135, $270 and $675 on CloudTalk Lite, $39, $117, $195, $390 and $975 on CloudTalk Essential, and $78, $117, $195, $390 and $975 on Youvoip Business.
Youvoip Essentials, with the phone menu, ring groups and recording kept 90 days but no queues or CRM, is $12.50 per user yearly or $25 monthly, so 10 users pay $125 or $250 a month.
The honest reading: on yearly billing, Youvoip Business costs about a third less than CloudTalk Essential at three users and up, and both include CRM logging. Month to month the two plans cost the same $39 per user. A single user pays less on CloudTalk, because Youvoip bills at least two seats.
Is CloudTalk worth the money?
CloudTalk is worth it for teams that use what it sells: international minute bundles for Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, the EU and Australia, a power or parallel dialer for list-based outbound work, and a marketplace of more than 95 integrations. A 20 person outbound team calling Latin America every day gets real value from Expert. It is harder to justify for a 3 to 15 person US team that takes inbound calls, logs them in a CRM and never opens a dialer. That team has to buy Essential on every seat to get the CRM, pays for minute bundles it does not use, and signs a 12 month commitment for the annual price.
How to lower a CloudTalk bill before you sign
Count the users who make or take calls every week, since every seat is billed. Check whether your CRM is really needed on every seat, because CloudTalk plans apply per user and the integration starts on Essential. Leave the power dialer and AI add-ons off the first invoice and turn them on only for the reps who will use them. Take annual billing only if you are sure of the seat count for 12 months, because there are no refunds for unused time. Then hold the all-in monthly figure against a provider that includes CRM logging on its middle plan.
What you get for the same budget on Youvoip
Every Youvoip seat is a full phone line, with a minimum of two seats, no contract and the price on the VoIP pricing page. On Essentials, $12.50 per user per month billed yearly or $25 monthly, each user gets a number, unlimited calling in the US and Canada, a multi-level auto attendant with business hours, ring groups, voicemail to email with transcription, call recording kept 90 days, and missed calls and answer rate per person. Business, at $19.50 yearly or $39 monthly, adds call queues, business texting, a year of searchable recordings, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations, whisper and barge, and video meetings for up to 100 people. SIP desk phones work alongside the app. Youvoip has no power dialer and bills calls outside the US and Canada per minute, so outbound and international teams should weigh that honestly.

Leaving CloudTalk without a gap in calls
Find the end of your CloudTalk annual commitment first, since annual seats are prepaid and not refunded. Export the recordings and call logs you must keep, and note which CRM fields the CloudTalk integration fills, so the new connector can write to the same ones. Set up the new menu, queues and voicemail boxes, connect HubSpot or Salesforce, invite the team and test while CloudTalk still answers. Then submit the port for every number and cancel only after calls arrive on the new system. Our guide on how to port a business phone number lists the documents you need.
