GoTo Connect pricing and GoTo Connect cost per user with fees and team totals

GoTo Connect does not publish its prices, so every GoTo Connect cost comes from a sales quote. The last list prices reported in 2026 are about $26 per user per month for Phone System, $34 for Connect CX and $80 for Contact Center, billed annually. CRM integrations start on Connect CX. Texting runs on monthly credits at about $0.0055 each, toll-free minutes are capped at 1,000 shared per account, and taxes and regulatory fees come on top.

GoTo Connect plans and prices

GoTo moved its pricing page to "talk to sales" buttons, so the figures below are the last reported list prices from Quo (updated September 28, 2026) and CloudTalk (August 21, 2026). Business News Daily, in an April 2026 review, noted earlier quotes in the $29 to $39 range. Use them as the benchmark to hold a quote against.

Plan Per user, annual Built for
Phone System About $26 Office phones, menus and queues
Connect CX About $34 CRM logging, texting campaigns, reports
Contact Center About $80 Staffed support or sales floors

At those rates a year of Phone System is about $312 per user, and Connect CX about $408. A 10 person office on Connect CX is roughly $4,080 a year before fees.

Phone System, per goto.com, includes unlimited auto attendants and call queues, call recording, virtual fax, voicemail to email and video meetings for up to 250 people. Reviews add calling to more than 50 countries. Connect CX layers on CRM integrations, a shared team inbox, SMS campaigns, WhatsApp and web chat, and call reports. Contact Center adds agent dashboards, skills and priority routing, an auto dialer, queue callbacks and supervisor coaching. GoTo also lists CX Complete, a higher tier with AI call handling and webinars, priced only by quote.

GoTo Connect fees that change the bill

The seat price is the smaller part of the decision on a quote-only product. These are the charges reviewers flag most often, and each one belongs in writing before you sign.

  • Texting credits: SMS draws on a monthly credit allowance per user, at about $0.0055 per credit beyond it, and every MMS uses three credits.
  • Toll-free minutes: 1,000 minutes shared across the account, with usage above that billed extra.
  • Failed number port: Quo reports a $15 fee when a port request is rejected.
  • International calls: countries outside the included list are billed per minute.
  • Recording storage: recordings are kept 13 months, and longer storage requires a paid outside storage option.
  • Add-ons such as the attendant console, Microsoft Teams integration, advanced reporting and the AI receptionist are quoted separately.
  • Taxes and regulatory fees vary by state; TechMode estimates 15 to 40 percent on top of the seat price across the industry.

Ask the rep for the all-in monthly total for your state and seat count. That number, not the seat price, is what you compare.

Which GoTo Connect plan do you need?

For most offices the honest answer is Phone System. It already has the phone menu, queues, recording and international calling that a 5 to 40 person office uses every day. Connect CX makes sense only if your team really works in a CRM and needs calls and texts logged there, or if you send SMS campaigns to customers. Contact Center is a different product for a staffed support or sales floor, and you usually buy it for a few agents on top of Phone System seats for everyone else. The quote gets expensive when a rep moves every seat to Connect CX for one sales manager's CRM report. If the volume you want to absorb is mostly text and chat questions rather than calls, AI customer service software that answers and qualifies messages can take that load off without adding contact center seats.

How much GoTo Connect costs by team size

Here is what a US team pays per month on GoTo at the reported list prices, before taxes, fees and any discount your rep offers. The Youvoip column is Business, the plan with CRM integrations, shown yearly first and month to month second. Youvoip bills at least two seats.

Team Phone System Connect CX Youvoip Business
1 user $26 $34 $39 or $78
3 users $78 $102 $58.50 or $117
5 users $130 $170 $97.50 or $195
10 users $260 $340 $195 or $390
25 users $650 $850 $487.50 or $975

Youvoip Essentials, with the phone menu, ring groups and automatic recording but no queues or CRM, is $12.50 per user yearly or $25 monthly, so 10 users pay $125 or $250 a month.

The honest reading: one or two users pay less on GoTo, because Youvoip has a two-seat minimum. From three users up on yearly billing, Youvoip Business costs less than Connect CX and even less than Phone System. Month to month, Youvoip Business at $39 runs $5 per seat above the reported Connect CX price, so a team that refuses annual billing and needs CRM logging may pay less on GoTo, if the quote matches the list.

How to get a fair GoTo Connect quote

Because the price is negotiated, the buyer who asks precise questions pays less. Ask for the per-seat price on 12, 24 and 36 month terms, and whether month to month is available at all. Ask which add-ons are in the quote and which are optional, since attendant consoles and reporting packs are easy to bundle in. Ask how many texting credits each seat carries and what happens at the end of the month. Ask for the early termination terms and whether seats can be removed during the term. Then hold the all-in monthly figure against a provider that publishes its prices. If your Phone System quote lands near $26 per seat on a one-year term, you are close to the reported list price.

Is GoTo Connect worth the money?

GoTo Connect is good value for a business that calls abroad every week or wants phones, fax and large video meetings from one vendor. Unlimited queues on the entry plan and 13 months of recordings are generous. It is harder to justify for a US office of 5 to 30 people that calls domestically, does not use fax, and only wants CRM logging. That team either pays for Connect CX on every seat or goes without, and it gets there through a sales cycle and a term commitment.

What you get for the same budget on Youvoip

Every Youvoip seat is a full phone line, with a minimum of two seats, no contract and the price on the page. On Essentials, $12.50 per user per month billed yearly or $25 monthly, each user gets a number, a multi-level auto attendant with business hours and holidays, ring groups, voicemail to email with transcription, automatic call recording kept 90 days, call analytics with missed calls and answer rate per person, and support for compatible SIP desk phones. Business, at $19.50 yearly or $39 monthly, adds call queues, business texting, a year of searchable recordings, HubSpot, Salesforce and Zoho integrations, whisper and barge, and video meetings for up to 100 people. Youvoip includes unlimited calling in the US and Canada only, so if you call abroad all day, GoTo is the better fit.

GoTo Connect pricing questions

How much does GoTo Connect cost per month?

GoTo Connect quotes each account, but reviews from August and September 2026 list Phone System at about $26 per user per month, Connect CX at about $34 and Contact Center at about $80, billed annually. Texting overages, extra toll-free minutes, add-ons, taxes and regulatory fees are added to the seat price.

Why doesn't GoTo Connect show prices on its website?

GoTo now sells through sales reps and builds each quote from the seat count, plan, add-ons and term length. That lets it discount larger deals, but it means a small business cannot compare GoTo with other providers without booking a sales call first.

Does GoTo Connect include call recording?

Yes. Call recording is part of every GoTo Connect plan, including Phone System. Recordings are stored for 13 months, and keeping them longer requires a paid outside storage option. On Youvoip, automatic recording is included on every plan, with 90 days of storage on Essentials and a year on Business.

Does GoTo Connect still sell Basic, Standard and Premium plans?

No. GoTo Connect's old Basic, Standard and Premium tiers, reported at about $24, $29 and $39 per user per month, were replaced by Phone System, Connect CX and Contact Center. If a quote or a renewal notice still names a Basic or Standard plan, ask GoTo which current plan it maps to and whether the per user price changes at renewal.

Does GoTo Connect have a free trial?

GoTo arranges trials and demos through its sales team rather than a self-serve signup. To test a phone menu before you pay anyone, build a call flow in the Youvoip VoIP demo and hear it run in your browser.

Can you exit a GoTo Connect contract early?

Usually only through a buyout. GoTo's own cancellation help says to check your original quote to see whether you signed a set term or a month to month agreement; on a term contract you work out a buyout with a GoTo agent, and cancellation must be requested at least 30 days before the next billing cycle or renewal date. Get the buyout figure in writing before you sign anything new. Youvoip has no contract, so leaving later costs nothing beyond the current billing period.

Leaving GoTo Connect without a gap in service

Start with the agreement: find the term end date, the notice period and any early termination terms. Export the recordings and voicemails you must keep, since they stay in the GoTo admin portal. Then set up the new menu, ring groups and voicemail boxes, register desk phones that are SIP compatible, invite the team and test while GoTo keeps answering. Submit the port for every number, including fax and toll-free lines, and cancel only after calls arrive on the new system.
